1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Hadithy, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you are not legally able to agree on your own, a parent or guardian must review them with you.
2. What Hadithy provides
Hadithy is a reading, study and reflection tool for hadith content, translations, references, commentary, prayer utilities, audio, collections, reminders and related learning features. Availability and content coverage may change as the service develops.
3. Educational and religious-content notice
Hadithy is educational and does not provide a fatwa, legal ruling, medical advice or individualized religious judgment. Translations and explanatory material can contain differences in interpretation. Check displayed sources and grades and consult a qualified scholar when a decision requires authoritative guidance. Please report suspected content errors to support@hadithy.app.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for activity under your account. Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, scrape content in a way that harms the service, upload unlawful material, impersonate others, or use Hadithy to harass, deceive or violate another person's rights.
5. Hadithy+ and purchases
Hadithy+ may offer monthly or yearly subscriptions and may include translations, audio, share-card personalization, themes, offline access, widgets and future benefits. Exact products, prices and trials are shown by the App Store or Google Play before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through the relevant store. Deleting a Hadithy account does not cancel a store subscription. Refunds and billing disputes are governed by the store's rules.
6. Content and intellectual property
The Hadithy application, design, code, branding and original materials are owned by or licensed to Hadithy. Hadith texts, translations, audio, commentary and source materials may have separate attribution and licence terms, which Hadithy aims to display where applicable. You retain rights in content you lawfully provide, while granting Hadithy the limited permission needed to store and display it for you.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Hadithy reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, licensing or product reasons. We will avoid removing paid access without an appropriate remedy where consumer law requires one.
8. Account suspension and deletion
You may stop using Hadithy and permanently delete your account at any time. Hadithy may restrict access when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect users, comply with law or secure the service. Where practical, we will explain the reason and offer a way to contact support.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Hadithy is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Hadithy is not responsible for losses caused solely by third-party stores, networks or services outside its reasonable control.
10. Contact and changes
Questions can be sent to support@hadithy.app. We may update these Terms as the product or law changes. Continued use after a material update takes effect means the revised Terms apply, subject to any consent required by law.
