How do I restore Hadithy+?
Open Hadithy, go to Settings → Account, and choose Restore purchases while signed in with the store account used for the original purchase.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open Settings → Account → Manage subscription. Apple or Google controls cancellation and billing. Deleting your Hadithy account does not cancel the store subscription.
Can I use prayer features without location access?
Yes. You can choose a location manually. Location permission is optional and can be changed in device settings.
How do I download reading or audio?
Open the relevant reader or offline settings. Some downloads may require Hadithy+ and enough available device storage.
How do I report a hadith or translation issue?
Email support@hadithy.app with the collection, reference number, language, and a short description of the issue.
How do I delete my account?
Open Hadithy and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Review the warning and confirm the permanent deletion inside the app.
